In the case study below a client based in Maidstone, Kent was looking to partition half of their business space into four smaller offices that could be let out to other companies.
In order to provide the client with the best possible solution in terms of flexibility, minimum construction time and cost a decision was made to use Excel, half glazed demountable partitions.
Benefits of Using Demountable Office Partitioning
Demountable partitioning allows for great flexibility. Unlike solid, stud walls, demountable partitioning is not a permanent fixture. The partitioning can be altered as and when the office changes or expands. It can be constructed rapidly, which means less downtime and inconvenience. It also costs less than building solid internal walls.
Half glazed partitioning was used to ensure each office had the maximum amount of possible light.
We completed the look by decorating the offices with vinyl from the Muraspec range to match the existing office décor.
